1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Lull ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Lull provides general wellness tools — sound masking, a tunable notch, self-tracking, and educational content — based on widely described, non-prescriptive techniques. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app makes no claim to cure or reduce tinnitus, and individual results vary. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something in the app.

3. Hearing safety

Lull plays sound through your device and headphones. Keep the volume at a comfortable, low level — at or below the level of your tinnitus for masking — and take breaks. Prolonged or loud audio can damage hearing. You are responsible for the volume at which you use the app.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may be offered through an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase. Price and terms are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Payments are handled by Apple under its terms; we do not receive your payment details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or effective for your situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always live at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
